    Payment Types

  • We accept cash, money order and credit cards (via Paypal) as forms of payment for services.

Terms of Service
  1. 50% Down Payment (Non-Refundable) is required to start projects unless noted otherwise.
  2. All fees must be paid in full before recieving the final product.
  3. All sales are final.
  4. By placing an order you agree to the terms of service and other terms pertaining to each multimedia service.

Videography Info and Terms
  1. Videography Service rates are valid for Four Boroughs of New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens).
  2. A Transportation Fee of $35.00 will be charged to your balance if service is in Staten Island, Nassau County, Suffok County, Westchester County and Northern New Jersey.
  3. For other areas not listed, please contact us for rates.
  4. Weddings and Special Events: Please give a fair assement of event location, address and special instructions.

Photography Info and Terms

Graphic Design Info and Terms
  1. Graphic Design Services are availible nationwide to your specifications.
  2. All graphic design products are available your pickup in New York City or shipped to your location.
  3. Any applicable shipping charges will added to your final balance.

Web Design Info and Terms
  1. Web Design Services are availible nationwide to your specifications.
  2. E-Commerce websites allow for full user updated content.
  3. Credit card processing for E-Commerce is available from Paypal.com and other vendors.
  4. Final Website Setup will be complete 4-6 weeks after initial down payment.
  5. We can set up your credit card processing account with Paypal.com for an additional fee of $35.00
  6. Upon receipt of your account balance, a confirmation of completion email will be sent to you. Your reply to this message is required to make the site web viewable for visitors.
  7. Any services required after the confirmation of completion will be billed at the standard web design rate of $40 per hour.

  • Price Changes

  • We try to keep our prices stable as possible. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Jupiter Leo Productions will honor prices and rates of orders placed before price changes.

    Privacy

  • The information gathered is solely to conduct business: processing your order, sending emails, brochures and postcards to inform you on new products, sales and services or upcoming events.
  • We respect our customer’s privacy and the information we collect is not shared with any third party.
